Safety considerations

Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock. The pool is a great space for entertainment. There is a pool house with pool floats and a bathroom.

Safety devices

Security camera/recording device. There are security cameras located on the front porch and the parking area. Carbon monoxide alarm installed. Smoke alarm installed.

Property info

Potential for noise. Midway Deli, next door, has occasional acoustic live music. Must climb stairs.
